Being the nice guy I am, I borrowed my snowmobile helmet to my younger nephew who didn’t return it for several months. It sat inhis dads garage where his dads girlfriend smoked. Well now the lining stinks strongly of smoke. The lining is not removable. Any suggestions out there. Thanks.

Open up a new can of coffee and place the helmet over it for a few days, should eliminate the smoke odor.

I’m guessing your not interested in Sudden Impact catfish bait, so I would go with the frabreez. The coffee sounds interesting though.

Baking soda will take a while as with just setting it on a shelf. It will go away at some point.

In addition to spray or cleanser I would leave it outside on the porch in the fresh air for a long time. I dont think it will every come out completely. I think your nephew owes you a new helmet.
