I read an article that someone sent me describing fish houses and vehicles locked in frozen slush at the conclusion of this year’s eelpout festival. I am curious if anyone out there on the Leech Lake Forum has any direct experiences with this mess that they would care to share. I have a cabin on Leech and have stayed off the ice for over a month, knowing that the lake conditions are hazardous. I was skeptical that the ice conditions in Walker would have accommodated such a large gathering of vehicles and wheel houses.
