Does anyone have a easy watering system? I have a plot I’m just starting and I’m thinking I’m going to need to water it. I have a pallet tank I can get back there but has anyone ever used a sump pump or similar to run a sprinkler?

This what we came up with years ago. Total cost was about $40 to build it.

Yes that is exactly what my 2 co workers do. They use a well pump with a pressure tank and fill the work trucks 250 gallon tank. They run multiple sprinklers every couple days. I only have a video, and I’m unsure of how to post videos. I don’t know if a sump in a barrel would have enough pressure to make a sprinkler work good.
A decent pressure inline pump can be bought for 100 bucks at harbor freight.

That’s a solid idea, but you have to run over your crop ?

These are the pumps we run in the work trucks that my co workers use. You can gravity feed this pump and it shoots a long ways. Or use a simple Inline transfer pump gravity fed. They are half the cost

I actually have a pallet tank that I was planning on using but just need a way to pump with some pressure. I’m going to look into those transfer pumps. Thanks guys.
