    Work potluck tomorrow so thought of this last minute.

    Put in the smoker at 300 degrees with 2.5 ounces of cherry wood for 2 hours.

    I’m not sure of what seasoning is in those wings that kills my gut, but get an extra roll of toilet paper onto the spindle.
