Anyone been on East Rush? I know there are roads plowed but wondering if anyone has an updated report on the ice conditions. Trying to go there this weekend but will hit up Mille Lacs if my set-up is too heavy yet.
I would call Flickabergs and ask them they have a pay access, not sure they do a lot of checking thickness or how well they maintain any roads.
My mom lives on it, resort road is ready and is heavily lined up every weekend. I mean, heavily lined up. Join the city out there. It’s a good time 
It’s really amazing to see how many people park in a community out there.

As of yesterday no one had plowed anything from the public access.

Flickabirds has a amazing breakfast. You can catch us there most weekend mornings if we’re not at the stuga

We have a good rush thing going for us, but the community hole is not it.

The sweedish meatballs are bomb as well. Same with chowmein hotdish.
Usually eat there a few times a year in Harris.
I can never get past 2 eggs over easy and hashbrowns. Maybe someday I will figure out how to get past that line on the menu.

I did forget to include the part about how that lake is basically garbage now. If anyone gets within 50yards I move or fish at night/during the week. Folks don’t realize how easily foreign sounds spook fish… I watch it all the time on aqua vu, dropping my forceps in my ice tub in 20+ ft and bigger fish scatter

I don’t know either. But I’m guessing it’s kind of the same as why some people want to “camp” at a KOA with 328 other campers compared to camping in a place like BWCA.
Thank you sir. Nothing like a pig on ultra light and 3# line when I saw it underneath the hole I said nobody is going to believe this came outta there. Just last Monday when it was brutally cold… it’s been 10-12 years since I have seen one come outta rush that big
But I can confirm they are there and I can confirm that it wasn’t anywhere near a crowd , or anyone for that matter

Bite went from east to west, and rumors have it so has the houses, haven’t ventured over myself.
My truck is sitting on east right now but just chasing bottles tonight.
