A 6ft drone flying in restricted air space ? Why wouldn’t the government just take it out ? Seems like a a great training exercise for some branch of military.

Not that I don’t think they should be around, but I can’t stop wondering why someone left lights on them. If a want imagines of a naval base, I sure then heck would not be using a drone with lights by

Like Biggie versus Tupac. Westside for life.
December 14, 2024 at 7:09 pm #2304975The lack of action, or lack of disclosed action is telling. It’s either really, really important for the gubmint to play dumb, or it’s just our own. You don’t fear the attack dog when it’s your attack dog.
December 14, 2024 at 8:00 pm #2304978Amen, forgive me I’m a rider, Westside til die.
Prolly just a conspiracy by big Ammo in Anoka to send rounds into the atmosphere
December 14, 2024 at 8:21 pm #2304980Someone shot a bigfoot , it was wounded . They have been searching for it ever since . LOL

You guys can joke if you want but there’s a real loser here. What about the poor Iranian/Chinese/Belgian/wherever intelligence peons who have to pour over thousands of hours of drone footage from these flyovers of Shittsville, New Jersey?
I mean have you guys ever even been to this area of New Jersey? I used to have to go to a company facility out there. I’ve never seen so many sewage treatment plants per mile. It’s like every time someone on the East Coast flushes the toilet, bubbles are seen somewhere in New Jersey.
I’m not sure what kind of intelligence these foreign governments or aliens are gathering, but if they want to find out the secret dietary and toilet paper utilization habits of America, they have struck a brown intelligence gold mine in Jersey. They must be stopped.
CaptainMuskyPosts: 23371December 15, 2024 at 10:26 am #2305005You can watch this whole video if you want but skip to about 345 of it and he gives his opinion on what they are doing and hilariously Grouse may be onto something.

They’d be a little more covert. My bet is that it’s our fine government doing some testing or exercise.

CaptainMuskyPosts: 23371December 16, 2024 at 8:09 am #2305102Interesting thing I saw this morning is that Ocean County Sheriff’s office launched their drones to try and intercept one of these drones and he said they do not have the heat signature like a typical drone. He also said they disappeared rather quickly.
One off duty deputy called 911 to report seeing 50 drones coming inland from the ocean one night and a responding officer reported seeing 13.December 16, 2024 at 9:10 am #2305128If the drones are looking for intelligence, they won’t find any in this country.
The really scary thing about all this “drone” hysteria is the possibility of some ass wagon deciding he’s going to grab his gun and “do what the chicken-bleep government won’t”. Pictures and videos of these “drones” include some that are obviously manned aircraft and yet they’re still being proffered as evidence of something mysterious going on. In one video this weekend, the “drone” can be seen to have a helicopter rotors and registration N number is partially visible on the tail. Add to that the fact that every teenage kid with an Amazon drone is now out there flying it over the development Karen’s house every night to have a little fun and we’ve got ourselves a full-on War of the Worlds.
CharlesPosts: 1979December 16, 2024 at 9:14 am #2305131I would assume these drones are ours and we are looking for a dirty bomb.

This has been a theory. I doubt it though. We have high altitude drones with GPR that mostly would go unnoticed, and they would put put a side story and a general BOLO to not scare the makers/transporters away. If you go into the Red River Valley you start seeing some more interesting military size drones due to Grand Forks Fargo engineering schools. The photos almost look more like ag drones which might be of real concern to all those water treatment plants. You thought flouride was bad wait until you find your water is infected with Coronamonkeybola.

This seems the most plausible currently, or as the great comedian Tim Dillon put it regarding the Drones: “They’re ours. They’re searching for a nuke. Now please relax and enjoy the holidays.”

That is also what I was thinking if this is something from russia or Iran you would think are nuclear deployments in GrandForks or Minot would be getting flowing by drones.
That does make sense, supposedly this drones are spraying something but I doubt that.
December 16, 2024 at 10:13 am #2305159I despise what drones have become. Especially on the battlefield. I hope some successful drone defenses are created soon.
December 16, 2024 at 10:24 am #2305162Unrelated but did anybody see the drone show on America’s got talent? I believe they had like a 1000 drones that made different pictures and changed colors. Pretty facinating for this old guy. If anybody is interested go to the 2024 finals of America’s got talent on You Tube.
I did see that and it was way cool. It was a bit scary with how good they could program and control them.
jwellsyPosts: 1591December 17, 2024 at 6:48 am #2305332Close Encounters was on TV last night. It was released in 1977. Hadn’t seen it in many many years. But it was interesting watching it last night. It had fast moving orbs and drones with multi colored lights before the mother ship arrived. Difference is, that movie had ET’s and the NJ drones don’t.

Do we know that? They have said some of these craft are indeed manned.

There are some. I agree that on a battlefield there is another dimension of warfare that’s unknown. However, when Iran launched all those missiles across Iraq and Saudi air space, there were 35 year old “kids” sitting in a bunker playing video games shooting them down with drones. The pros/cons of drone use is one that can be easily debated. As selfish as it may seem, I want that technology tested somewhere else before it is desperately needed here
December 17, 2024 at 12:04 pm #2305432Not sure the level of danger this stuff would be, but the drones searching gotta be related to this, right?
“The following information was provided by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) via email:
“The licensee reported to NJDEP on December 3, 2024, that a Ge-68 pin source that they sent for disposal has been lost in transit on December 2, 2024. The source is a Eckert & Ziegler model HEGL-0132, with current approximate activity of 0.267 mCi. The shipping container arrived at its destination damaged and empty. The licensee has filed a claim with the shipper. If the source is not located within the 30 days, the licensee will follow-up with a full written report to include root cause(s) and corrective actions.”

Pretty much says it’s nothing in the notice and, if they are lying about that, why would they publish it at all?
