Anybody use these? I’m hoping they’re the real deal.

First have heard of them. Anything different than a nightbrite thill?

They are quite a bit different than the Thill.
You can see they have 2 batteries and 2 lights that are controlled by a small toggle switch.
The lights are placed at each end of the bobber.
They are bright and are advertised to be seen at 300 feet away.
I will be trying them out this weekend and will report back.

These things could be used on a lighthouse to guide Ocean liners through thick fog.

Cost wise are they in that $6 range? I like the weight of a splash brite but after two years use (7-10 nights a year) you have a nonlighted bobber. I like the Thill with the push up or down battery, but I’m experiencing some failure even after just one use. Something about fishing with a lighted bobber, like starring at a campfire.

I’ve been a big fan of the gamakatsu. Rather than the line passing through the center, they attach via a snap swivel. Line passes through super easy and the stock design has the light higher up off the water

I’ve used them for the past couple of years. Yes, they’re a bit pricey in comparison, but they last much longer, the lights stay bright, and when your battery dies you just have to pick up a couple of new ones. Love them for the night bite!
