Personally I think these weather people got there degree/diploma from a cracker jack box. Yeah it’s windy but barely enough snow to cover the lawn.

Fill your tub with water. Put a bunch of devices to measure the flow. Now stir up to he water, put a ping pong ball in it, read the devices and predict where the ping pong ball will end up. )

Just saying the atmosphere is a fluid and that is what they are predicting against. When you think of it that way they do pretty good.

We have severe storms headed our way tomorrow.

Pug, I’ve been a faithful supporter of these wedder morjits for a long time. I get there trying to estimate what mother nature is up to, but man the hoopla over this one went way overboard. Just in one report from the local newspaper says a little snow this morning, more in the afternoon amounting to an inch or two. Next sentence says total accumulation 6-10. frown doah

Ok, I get being over all the hype. Naming snow storms is dumb too.

This would make a great drinking game! Bathtub Pong…. We could start a league. Pong Tubs in every bar. Playoffs, champions. The Faucet Four!
Whoa, this cabin fever is getting to me.

Yep – I’m like many with a really bad attitude and getting more pizzed off by the minute. April of 2017, I looked at the lunar table and we picked our dates to hit the Miss this year. I busted azz working 7 days a week to make sure I had this week cleared out and could fish the entire Waning Crescent into the New Moon. That heartless bitchtch screwed me again this year. I don’t know why I’m being punished like this. I try to be a decent guy, fare and honest, and share most of what I have learned. Didn’t think that a little good Karma to ask for was too much. Nope, that self-centered wicked wench wasn’t going let me have anything more than a couple good hours before running me out with lightning, hail, sleet, snow, ice, and 40 mph winds. By the time this crap settles down and water temps rebound a little, the deluge will be here and

Not sure what they forecast for your area, but here in the north metro they’ve been spot on so far. Starting last night picked up at least 3″ and then after a lull this morning it has resumed in earnest today. Definitely piling up now. Yet to be seen is how long it keeps coming.

One thing they were wrong about…we never got any rain. Started off as sleet and then changed over to snow.

Dude… The snow is starting to pile up in the Mille Lacs Lake area. We were supposed to only get about 4″, but we are past that now with no sign of stopping.
