Had so much fun with my good old friend Pete and his brother Norman and Norm’s dog Jaeger. We put up an easy 50 birds over 2 days and shot 8. We also had a good night on the lake walleye fishing. My dog and I are licking our wounds a bit now but reminiscing on a great weekend of hunting!
The birds certainly acted different today with high winds. Many early flushes and high flyers as they seemed to enjoy getting in the wind above the tree tops.
