Dried Tomatoes

If you have tomatoes you don’t know what to do with and haven’t done it before, dehydrated tomatoes are REALLY good! You get the full homegrown tomato flavor and they’re great when you re-hydrate them in winter for burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. They don’t plump up like a fresh tomato, but the flavor is all there and if you pop a piece of dried tomato in your mouth the flavor is intense and sweet like candy.
