For you guys that have done the upgrade to carbon fiber drag washers did everyone apply any grease to them or install dry ? Just wondered what “grease” would do in really cold conditions. I’m about to do all my Sienna’s.

John, do you still have a supply of the shimano carbon drag upgrades? I have a bunch of sienna 500s and 1000s I’d like to upgrade.

I believe it’s $5 per reel. So $30 for 6 reels, unless the price has changed since last year.

$5 a reel but I usually do like 5 for $20 shipped to your door. Or Chris swing by the shop.
