Dots pretzel breading mix

    We usually always use shore lunch and have not had a reason to mess with something that works. The in laws gave us some dots pretzel batter mix. We used it last night with panfish and it was a 10!

    I was very disappointed with it. Smashed up pretzles is all it was, I was expecting way more flavor.
    I do really like the pretzels but their verison of fish breading was a total flop for me.

    We tried that this weekend as well, and it got pretty good reviews! I was expecting a little more zip like their regular pretzels, but still thought it was solid.

    I was underwhelmed as well but its not bad. We tried crushing Dots pretzels before the mix came out with exactly the same result. The flavoring on the outside of the pretzel is just not enough ratio of spice to flour. I will use it again.
