Don’s Preferred Cocktail

    I ran across “Don’s Cocktail” mentioned in another posting today. Not being familar with it, I went out to Google and tryed to search it up. I found 5 posting on “BBC” but other than the additive mix – -1oz Mercury QuickCare, + -1oz Mercury QuickLeen, + -1oz Seafoam for 6 gal of gas.

    There was no anecdotal comments on its use. Any one have any experience or histroy behind it.

    I have to ask, what are you trying to accomplish ?? if something needs that many additives in one mix its time for a teardown and proper repair.

    Hello Iowa,

    I have no idea what the coctail is supposed to “fix”. It was mentioned by “Dave of Mpls” in your thread about NKG plugs.

    I was curious, so I was just trying to get educated. I went to
    Google and basically learned nothing.

    Anyone have any input….
