So that was you, Bret, number 14? Sorry about that! Now you know how I really got the EyeJacker moniker!

    I only have one question.

Were you walking inside, or outside the fence

After a lengthy labor and delivery (24 hours total), our British Lab, Bella, brought her first litter into the world yesterday.

Her labor started around noon, water didn’t break until around 6PM, and the first pup didn’t arrive until around 1:30AM…I had resorted to throwing my pillow into the whelping box and curling up in efforts to get a few winks.

7 healthy pups; 4 black (3 females/1 male) & 3 yellow (2 females/1 male) and they all seem to be doing well. Bella has settled nicely into her motherly role.

It’s been a neat experience for the family (our boys 10 & 7). Lot of work. Some stress. Plenty of expenses. But we have puppy breath!

That’s awesome! Congrats and I love the pictures! I’m guessing your boys will have a hard time letting those pups go to a new home.

Awesome! Your going to have some fun now!!!

Perhaps a few words of advice. At least if that conduit is what I think it is for. A crush rail?? If so, that is to thin, and looks a bit high. A lot of folks will use 2×2’s. I prefer to use 2″ pvc. It’s easier to clean.

Here is a pic of a recent litter here.
