When training we can work alot into our normal everyday routines. When out on walks alot of us work on commands and toss bumpers and thats great.
Here is a little tip for you when you are out on walks. When the dogs are in front of me I will drop a bumper and keep walking. When I get a distance away I will recall the dogs and send them on a retrieve. You can start at a short distance, maybe only 10 yards and then slowly increase. This is a good way to get the dogs ready for blinds and casting. In the video I send Kota on the first retrieve. While he retrieving, I am keeping Glyder steady by my side. Glyder does the 2nd retrieve.
