No doubt an enjoyable day for all! Whispering Emerald Ridge Game Farm in Menomonie Hosts a yearly youth day. There are many shooting and outdoors activities and vendors. The kids also get to go in the field a shoot a couple of pheasants. All expenses are covered by sponsors and fund raising events. The main purpose of this event is to make sure the shooting and outdoor sports are passed on to the next generation.
This year my schedule worked out so I got to spend the day in the field with the kids hunting behind my dogs. Kirt (moreyes) and Molly plus about 30 other handlers and dogs also attended and had fun.
