Man oh man. Those are words i didn’t want to hear from the vet. Staff infection. She had sores all over under her belly that were scab looking. She was also really lethargic. I thought it was an allergic reaction. To be safe i took her to the vet.
So she will miss most of duck and goose season , plus pheasant season. I am bummed. Was looking forward to get some serious training done too. Doc said to only let her go out and for an ocassional walk. Rest and 100.00 antibiotics, plus the 85.00 steriod shot, and the vet bill.
