I have used the ear pinch, toe hitch. Overall, The lip curl has worked best for me. What are some of you experiences? On average how many sessions until the dog is up to expectations?

Lightly grab them by the snout and ‘roll’ the side of their lip onto their sharp puppy teeth.

I don’t care for the toe hitch for the reason I can’t reliably control the amount of pressure. If I run accross a dog that does not respond well to the ear pinch, I will use the lip curl.
Holding the dowel in front of the dogs nose, I will gently curl his upper lip up with my thumb and finger. When takes the dowel, I then will either hold or stroke his chin.
Warning- only use on a dog that respects you and will not snap at your fingers.
