I have had her at Shady Oak kennels Newark, Wisconsin
(Jim Hoffman – Trainer) the last month and half getting her birdie.Started out with clip wing pigeons two months ago on my own. Then went to using the blank pistol with clip wings pigeons and quail and having her retrieve the live birds.
Well today she got her first bird in the field. She locked up right on top of that bird. Then I released her by name to flush the bird. She did a great job. So did the guys shooting today. She even brought back to hand and heeled. For being 4 months old I am excited to see her work.
