Well the time has come for me to face the music….I can no longer afford to take care of my dog the way he deserves to be taken care of.

He is the biggest but most gentle dog I have ever know. great spirit and lots of energy.

He will be 3 years old on Feburary 16th.
He has all the basic training down pat.
He has all shots updated Call the PET VET in webster wi to confirm. Ryder is his name and it would be under John Tuset

He is large! he weighs about 120lbs. But is so loving.
act well with all dogs, never has had a confrontation with any other dog or human.

He was with me by my side for the first 6 months of his life everyday.

    Here are the conditions

1- Must be into upland or waterfowl hunting. I couldn’t bare it if I knew he would never hunt again, he enjoys it way to much.

2- Must be able to give full attention to him, No kennels or closets!

3- I will have the final say. I want to make sure he will have a life similar to the one he had or better.

Call me if you interested. Please serious inquires only as This is hard enough as it is

    John,

I feel for you – had to give away my 2 year old Springer due to family allergies many years ago. I’m sure you’ll find a great home for your buddy.

I am willing to help out in any way. I know how important our yellows are, I own two big blockheads.I would like to help out with some money if that will help you at all. Call it a donations of sorts. I am not sure if that will help your cause or just delay the inevidable, if that is really how it has to be. If it will help you keep your hound I got a “C” note to help buy dog food

Great idea Bob! I can’t afford much myself but could kick in enough for a bag of food. Anyone else out there that could help?

Thanks fellas, Its not that I can’t afford the food or the money issue its more along the lines that I can’t afford to spend the quality time with him that he deserves, I have a responsibility coming up that I have to take care of and I won’t be around. I don’t want to just leave him with a buddy or my parents who I know will take care of him, but won’t give him what he wants, and thats to run in the fields for birds swim after ducks, geese, and enjoy the outdoors. He is a great dog and I will miss him dearly but I can’t be selfish and not let him enjoy life because I couldn’t give it to him. I just don’t want to see him get stuck somewhere. I would like him to have a “home” with someone that will love him as much as I do. and will be able to give him what I did.

Bucky – is the dog’s name Ryder? For some reason I am getting a lot of emails asking me about the lab I am looking to find a new home for… Issue is I dont have a lab and I am not sure where people are finding me as point of contact for the dog???

Thank you to everyone that called and showed interest in my dog.

I found what I consider to be the perfect home for him.

large property, lake on it, a couple kids to keep him busy and a wonderful person in charge.

Thanks everyone… I hope no one ever has to make this decision ever. .. IT SUCKS
