I was thinking about dabbing a little between her shoulder blades the next time I apply on dog.

My vet sez FL not that great. But he sells Advantage. I had massive flea invasion it drove them off doggie. Liquid Sevin slowed the ones in yard.

I’ve been using the flea and tick collars on mine Suzuki. Maybe she wouldn’t get so mad if I use the liquid.

What part of NW WI??? Ticks are always bad through November. Frontline keeps them from crawling into the dog in some areas of the body and then they end up wandering around the house and onto your wife. My wife really loves it!!! The “small wood ticks” are bear or deer ticks. The common names for the same species of tick. They won’t inject Lymes stuff if you can get them off before 24 hours or so I’ve been told.

I got out on Sunday a.m. before settling in for some football and we picked at least a dozen off my dog that hadn’t or didn’t want to get under her hair. I also picked two off myself. It seems that one of the theories in the area is the new water from the rains a couple of weeks ago. I am not sure if this is true or not. I have background from the biology world and am not quite sure I believe this yet and haven’t taken the time to check out the thought. I do know this though, that with as many are around right now they will probably be around awhile longer with this warm weather.
