I have never seen a dog like this one chase snow coming off a shovel. As you can see in this pic, she even loves to chase the shavings from the ice hole and yes she ice fishes every chance I get!!!

October 15, 2004 at 11:40 pm #3906Steve, that is a Munsterlander alright. Full of urine and vinager most of the time. Although, I kind of screwed him on his NAVHDA Natural ability Test last weekend. Should have gone down the night before instead of taking off at 3:00 am. Got him off his feed and he kind of pooped out a little 3/4 of the way through the search. That and he was marking territory too much. Other than that he got top scores in every other catagory. 107 Prize II.

October 27, 2004 at 5:49 am #4116I have a couple of our fall duck hunting scenes with Mae in them. Leaving for ND tomorrow and have the guide ready to go on Thursday a.m., can’t wait and neither can Mae. We waited a long time to get birds and next week, we’ll have some ducks in her mouth!!!

October 27, 2004 at 5:57 am #4117Here’s another night with the water down and no ducks flying. The night of the first pic, I saw 30-40 ducks flying high with no thought of coming down. I think it was a week after this pic that we saw three nice flocks of northern birds, but of course we were muskie fishing and they weren’t coming down either. Can’t wait for the next few days, ducks and cacklin’ birds!!! Ok, great pic, but just over the 100K, because I don’t have time to crop, you will get good pics with birds in mouths, multiple dogs and big smiles!!!
