    i saw that on FB. Most people ventured to guess the person did it in part to bypass permit issues with a deck build. Genius

    There is a similar setup on a house close to lord fletchers in spring park, at least it use to be there, haven’t looked in years. Convenience of repurposing something that may go to waste. Even have a roof.

    The porch will float when the bedroom doesn’t so there is some benefit here….not that I’d want to live there.
