So I didn’t want to spend $500. on a new prop and with the low water on the river the repair shops are really busy. I decided to fix it myself
The only question I have is should I use the Red or Blue Loctite on the threads?

You should’ve used flex seal and gorilla tape.
I’d go with blue. You want to be able to get it back off to put in the museum right? 
Red, you’ll have to rip off the LU anyways to replace all those bearings in 3 months anyways 
I don’t know why people use bolts when zip-ties would clearly do the trick!

I would suggest left handed lock nuts.
A rat rod boat popped into my mind when I saw that.
Needs more angle iron and bailing wire.
