    Will I have trouble with this being so close to the power cord for the trolling motor ?

    I have not had any trouble with my power cord behind my Humminbird. The hummingbird is on a ram mount.

    IF your worried about it you could always wire your trolling motor in directly. Take out the tackle compartment in front and you will have access to the wires going to the power plug in. Drill a hole on top to get the trolling motor wires down and connect them up. You won’t be able to remove the trolling motor if its on a quick connect type of mount.
