I took the smoked brisket that I made today and went a little carnival eats with it. Made a batch of garlic fries, added brisket, grated cheese and popped under the broiler. Served it with a bbq sauce aioli. You guys gotta try this!

Superdave, that’s one of my favorite brisket left over dishes. Also great for brisket hash, brisket and eggs, over easy of course, and brisket chili. Darn. you are making me hungry.
