Apparently a few Digger mounts were sent without. A testimony to their customer service… I mentioned I fished with a couple mounts from same lot. They sent a few extras.

I am not having such luck with their customer service. I recently ordered my third digger mount. The J hook was missing in it. I called them and left a message. They called right back and got my info and said they would ship one out to me free of charge. Well more than 3 weeks later and have not received it yet. I tried calling them last week. No answer, left a voicemail to call me back and they have not returned my call.
Mazak – bummer to hear to about your poor customer service experience with Digger. If it were me…. I’d try another phone call and email noting this was supposed to be sent by now.
The good news is the hard water isn’t here yet so you have time.

PS – perhaps the person who constructed your mount is the same person in customer service. The quality of their work appears to be similar (there isn’t any).
