I’ve got the Milwaukee version, however some heated jackets can be powered by them.

I’m going run a fan off mine.

I bought a knock off adapter last year on Amazon, it’s worked perfect.

FYI to anyone getting one, they draw a small amount of power even if nothing is plugged into them. Just slide it loose from the battery when not using it.

I have the Bosch version and so far use it to power the Helix 7 and charge phones.

Those long lonely nights require me to bring a small air blower, to inflate my girlfriend. Works great.

Makita makes one as well. peace

Anybody use them to power your 12 V electric knife yet?

I’ve posted this on here for the past few years now but I power everything…

Locators, underwater camera, DVD player for the over night stays, heated jacket, heated boots, and I charge everything off of them… its the same as any 12v battery so the sky is the limit. I will never purchase another small (9-12ah) 12v battery again.

I also use these same batteries in my drill to auger my holes. There is not a better return on investment than buying drill batteries that you can use 365 a year.

I’m with Joe on this. For those already invested in 18v-20v power tool batteries, it only makes sense.

I have MKE tools and have used these three variations with great success. I like getting away from the barrel plug as it limits adaptability in my mind.

Things like a Helix will take a 10.8-20v input natively.

And if you need to step down to 12v use this:

Here is the cable and adapter. I just cut it to length and added the spade style ends. This way I can keep all my locators and cameras factory standard.
