    Just got back from Devils Lake ND . A friend and i caught our 10 eyes each for our return trip home had 4 northerns between 28 and 31 and one 17 lb 40 incher that was released back to the water. Lindy rigging and slip bobbering with leaches was most effective. Water temp was 52 to 58 surface. Over all a good trip, eyes were 16.5 to 20.5 . This is our 3 year going out on our own.     Nice work. The bottom fish appears to have been eating well.

    Nicely done. Fell in love with that lake this past Winter. Going back this Winter and hope to fish it in the open water season sometime soon.
