Headed to DL first week of June looking for Lakemaster HB map chip to buy/rent. Also a guide recommendation.

I only go out there for the ice perch. Used Perch patrol twice now with varying results but they also guide in the open water. Lots of guide services out there a quick Google should show you plenty. If you are going guided you don’t need a gps or map chip they will put you on fish. They frown on you laying down markers on a gps plus you can lay down all the markers you want and nothing is to say the fish are going to be there the next day, next week or next month.

I’ve googled the guides and know there are many. I was looking for a recommendation or are you just trying to stir up an argument?

I have a buddy that uses McQoids every year and likes them sorry spelling is bad

Were r u staying? I am out the 2nd week in every year. The guides that work out of woodland are good. Mc Quoid is good Jonnie Candle will also put u on fish. The casino tourney is usually the first weekend in June. PM I can give u some spots to fish.
