Depthfinder Installation

    I have a 2000 LSI 2085 CRESTLINER pontoon boat ( 20 feet). Looking to install A Garmin fish/depthfinder. Any suggestions/tips on where to place the transponder and the cable to the unit on the dash? Pictures would be helpful if you have them.

    There is usually a bracket on the back of the pontoon to mount. Should be just below the waterline on the tube. Sorry, don’t have a pic but my guess is a google search will show you.

    If no mounting bracket I’d suggest you epoxy the transducer bracket.
