    I know what you mean guys, no its true, it happened to another guy who hit a turkey and he did the same thing, when it came too he said its wings just about beat him to death befor it found the window. The life of an outdoorsman, we get all the intertainment we can handle lol, im never stopping for a bear! Its 48 degrees here today, snows melting and i’ve got to get my fruit trees pruned befor its too late.

    Years back, my neighbor hit a spike buck in the early fall. He just bumped it, as he slammed on the brakes. With him not being a deer hunter………He looked at the deer and it’s eyes were closed, so, to be safe, he took a hammer and bopped it on the head. Now, that the deer’s eyes are absolutely closed tight, he thought is was absolutely dead.

    He threw it in the back of his truck and about 1/2 mile down the road, it woke up and jumped out the back. Needles to say and make a long story short, we helped him by expiring the animal for him……………

    Good humor, but did feel bad for the deer……..
