Steve, I thought blackpowder guns had to be open sights not scoped in Wisconsin? I don’t have a blunderbus but I thought it was for primative weapons without optics?

i said the same thing when i saw that picture in the mag. I looked it up in the rules and you can have a scope as long as it doesnt magnifine the animal. so basically it is just for the cross hairs.

Gary Green score is the score taken before the sixty day drying period has elapsed. The non-typical score for any rack is the gross score without any deductions. I think that’s how it goes. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong guys.

Green score is befor the standard drying time until the rack looses it moisture and stabelizes. Green means that the rack has moisture in it and hasen’t dried out yet. It will shrink after the desinated drying time. Some racks are really close to an 1/8th” this is a big diffrence.
