Pretty decent buck stopped by on my first roll of film. I have another roll to go also . I have heard that Wall Mart will only develop pics with deer in them if you request it. This makes things alot cheaper and you dont have all the blanks to throw away.

Isn’t that fun Dave??? Open the box, grab the film, come home with a buck to talk about! Fun stuff!

What settings were you using and how many deer pics did you get out of a roll of film?

I had about a 50% success rate with about 12 deer pics 2 of me setting it and blanks every time I checked it. Out of a roll of 24 I had 12 deer, I had 2 bucks but a least one was a good one . I got a roll back tonight that only had one small buck and the rest does. Only one pic of me setting it so I am getting better. I have been seeing a real nice one at this spot but have not gotten a pic of him yet.

So you’re setting it for only 1 pic per detection then? How much time are you setting between detected motions?

15 seconds between shots . Some does hang around and one smaller buck working a scrape was a multiple . This buck was walking towards the cam up next to a creek. I wonder if he smelled it or saw a doe get flashed and came in for a look

The one I have is a Moultrie,Game Gitter 2,( I think )they have been making game feeders. I didnt even know they made them till I saw one on Ebay and ended up getting it. I have seen them advertised for about 140-160$ but you should be able to get one bought for less the 100$ on Ebay.
