I’m not sure if this is real or not so whats everyones opion? Anyone else see this? These pictures are real, so be prepared… read the story first. The following pictures are from a Forest Ranger in Alaska. He was out deer hunting when he noticed a large Grizzly Bear about 50 yards away. The bear immediately charged after the ranger and he had to bring it down.He unloaded a full magazine from a 7mm semi-automatic rifle into the bear..It dropped a few feet in front of the ranger and was still alive. The ranger had to reload and fire one last shot into the bear’s skull. The bear weighed in at 1,600 lbs and measured 12’6″ from the shoulders down. This bear was a world record for it’s size. This bear could walk up to an averagesingle story house and ook on the roof at eye level. After some exploration of the area the ranger discovered the bear’s last meal unfortunately turned out to be human. The nearby authorities think this bear may have been responsible for missing people over the last few years. When a bear gets a taste for human flesh it starts to crave it. Anone wanna go camping?

THAT REALLY is one major bear. Do remember seeing that in the past. Have never been bear hunting, and have no plans to start anytime soon. A friend I used to work with, wounded a bear in northern MN with a .44 mag, and right away went trailing the bear in low evening light. Nope not me. Jack.

Wow I figured it was some kind of urban legend. What is cool though is that the article says the first two photo’s of the bear are real. That’s the photo’s I posted. I didn’t post the last photo as it was a bit gruesom. Thanks for the article and either way that is a big bear. Steve

I don’t think you want to hunt that bear with a 243 single shot!! Look at the size of that paw!!
