I finally got all my footage of this last year put together, just under 20 hours of editing and I still can watch the video and want to tweak things( shoulda slow mtioned this, should have trimmed this clip, ect. ect.). Added some footage of WI buck except for actual shot, buck in back at 2:18 ( had oppurtunity at a decent ten (the one intensely chasing the doe at 1:14) but messed with camera too long, later the one I ended up killing did the same thing and I said the heck with getting the shot, im not screwing up twice), and have the full length hunt of the MN buck, which almost had a horrible ending, full draw at 28 yds and he moved at last second before I squeezed, which in turn ended with a closer shot. Then threw in a couple doe killshots in early season. All self filmed and all on public land. Hopefully next year can update camera and editing software, created with macbook and imovie.

Granted it’s about the last thing on the mind now but wanted to share.

This is AWESOME!!! I’m jealous. I dabble with video editing and I KNOW just how time consuming and pain staking it is to get it “right”.

    Great job!!

    Awesome Work Jason!!

Quite the footage you were able to put together not only on public land but by also playing shooter and cameraman!

Love the part at the end where the broadhead is shaking just before you go to full draw.

Great footage!! Now if only, all the bucks wanted to commit suicide like the MN buck you shot. Great patience and execution…. I know I wouldn’t have waited it out as long as you

Great video! The kill shot around the 6 minute mark was priceless. Watching the arrow and broadhead shake like a leaf was the best. Seeing what all of us “normal people” feel rather than some of the big names who are stone cold killers, was what really did it for me.
