Going out for my first bow sit of the season this afternoon. might wack the first plump deer I see. Its currently snowing and the temp drops out after today. Should be moving.

If I had an open tag I would be getting pretty excited about hunting food sources! If you are looking for the first decent bodied deer, and have a real unpressured piece to hunt, do not over look that early afternoon time period.
