Pulled this off another site. There were a couple guys that said this was a Cull buck and should be taken out. There were also a couple guys that said it was a deer that had been in a dramatic accident thus the antler growth on the right side was odd…
My question is this…If it truly was in an accident (lets say hit by a car) is it still a “Cull Buck”? Its genetics would still be the genetics of the left side correct thus not a “Cull Buck”. The accident would not effect its future off-spring correct? Just hit me as odd that they thought this deer should be taken out…(I would take it out if a shot presented itself simply due to I think the rack is very unique and I’d like to see it on my wall!) RR
