    Buddy of mine sent me this link. This guys pretty good at boning a deer out in about 6-1/2 minutes. Regardless of the time, I want to know what knife he’s using to hiold that edge!!!

    Wow. It took me two hours and a 6 pack of beer. I’m pretty sure he got more meat off the animal too.

    Boneless, yes. Edible, no. I can hack off the main peices of meat pretty fast but then spend the bulk of time trimming.
