That’s it, I’ve heard it all now….

My wife was talking with a co-worker the other day and she told my wife that deer shoulder mounts give off carcinogens in the house and will increase our odds of getting cancer. So, no she is insisting that all of my deer heads either need to:
A) Go out in the garage.
B) Brought somewhere else.
C) Sold
D) Burned
E) She will move out.

This has to be one of, if not the dumbest things I have ever heard.

I have to give a big THANKS to her co-worker for causing an issue at the house. Can you blame me if I want to this person.

Can she find some scientific proof (not PETA propaganda) to support her statement to your wife? Really if you think about it, a person would have to stay away from all leather. Besides the antlers, there is nothing else that is actually from the deer. Ask your wife if she is willing to give that up too.

Wow. She either really doesn’t like the deer heads, or she’s suffering from health anxiety. I’m sure a tad bit of actual research (versus water cooler chicken cackle) will help change her mind. Good luck!
