Man am I glad I didn’t peg him last year. I passed this guy last year first night out and he was a 5×4. I had him in a couple more times later in the year but he had busted off his right brow and G3. I finally got these pics of him from yesterday and went and sat this afternoon. I drew on him 3 different times tonight and each time he would move to facing away or quartering in. Very frustrating. However I am now able to breathe normal breathes, and the tightness in my chest has now gone away. Hopefully tomorrow if wind is right I will be posting pics holding bone.

WOW, awesome looking deer. I love the dark color to his rack. Good luck getting him on the ground!

He’s a dandy. I envy you boys up north with those dark horns.

I too love those dark antlers you guys have up north, but not sure about that cold weather thought. I’m not a fan of that. Good luck getting your hands on him. If you put him down post a picture for us to drool over.
