    I will be pulling in Wednesday morning, for the Thursday & Friday Hunt I can’t wait…. it’s the anticipation of knowing, the BIG BOY may pick you this year Who else is going ?

    Good luck bud!! I got to spend time at ripley for work once shooting howitzers with the guard…. Tons of deer. I hope your group gets a chance st the right one

    Thanks guys… actually, nearest guy to me is the brother-in-law… about 90 yards. Very important to make a good shot in Ripley, you don’t want to wing one

    Any mid day first day reports from anyone? It’s drizzling in st. cloud and appears to be doing the same in Ripley. However, this morning was calm, overcast and kinda foggy. I guaranty some bruisers went down!!

    Ripley was a bust for me. I seen 7 does in 2 days… and 1 Gray Wolf They were not moving, unless they were pushed. I do believe from what I heard was moving, the bucks are starting to chase I did see a nice 13 pt, that the guys camping next to us, got on thursday Good luck next weekend, I think there was less than 200 total taken in the 1st hunt

    Had some buddies up there. They got one smaller 8 and one nice 10 I believe. They said it was pretty slow as well. I think this weekend will be a different story up there!
