Look what i found

I found this shed this morning on the way back to my truck from this morning’s hunt It was laying about 15 feet in the cattle pasture where i cross the fence to go to my stand! I have walked passed this shed probably 12 times between turkey season and deer season before i found it The brow tine is probably 4-4.5″

Looks like a good one too! There’s a good chance a coyote or something could have placed it there recently if u think u should have spotted it before. Any teeth marks other than rodents?

Nice shed. I found a shed two years ago in November right beside a trail I walked at least that much from when it would have dropped to when I found it. Hay, better late than never!

There are 1 or 2 small chips on the beam, but it’s hard to tell what animal it’s from Why would a coyote put it there?

Nice bonus find. I had a similar situation last fall. Picked a shed up off a buck I was hunting. It was laying in the middle of the clover plot I had walked twice shed hunting, hunted over several times, not to mention mowed several time since it fell off.
