My boys and I have been out several times the past few weeks getting ready for hunting. Every single trip, no matter what time of the day, we have seen numerous deer. A little over a week ago, counted 39 deer in one bean field that is only about 2 acres. From what we have seen the population has exploded in our area. There seems to be a lot of young deer with a fair number of multiple births. This picture I took was middle of the afternoon yesterday. Bob and I went for a hike outside of the woods. There were 3 deer in this small patch of alfalfa none of which seemed to care less that we were there.
