Opening weekend was a success. Now I can spend the rest of this fall chasing walleyes!!!
First morning I never seen a deer but was entertained by a porcupine and raccoon.
Evening hunt I passed up on a doe with a little one tagging behind and had a little 5 point bucky prancing all around me but never offered a clean shot.
Sunday morning the same little bucky was hanging around in the background then this nice doe came walking in by herself.
The arrow flew true and there is now a venison in the freezer.
Thank you Lord for sending one of your great animals my way!
Angie Tabat arrowed her deer 10 minutes before mine. Congrats to Angie on a fine bucky!
