Tuck, I did a test drive in that 1790 combo a week or two ago. We topped out at 34-35 GPS and could troll down to right around 2.

I was impressed by the ability of that motor to get a glass boat with 3 people and a full tank of gas on plane as quickly as it did.

Any idea what pitch prop is on the 1790t?

I havent used window tint since I was a kid in hs and that was a while ago, seems to me though you had to use a hair dryer. I’d like to tint our deer blind windows and am looking for suggestions on a tint to use.

I would think anything you can pick up at NAPA would work fine for this application. Get them super clean, take a spray bottle of soapy water, wet the window, apply the tint and squeegy(sp?) out the excess moisture. Will dry in the sun.

One thought. Are you concerned about visibility during low light periods? I know it sure has made a difference on my pickup windows since having them tinted.

Not sure what problem you are trying to fix? If it is for your outline, I am going to take kooty’s recommendation and hang curtains in my box blinds. Good luck.

The visibility factor is a concern so my thought was to go with the lightest tint I could find. My problem I’m trying to correct is that my daughters hunt with me and while the windows are open they stay pretty focused on minimizing movement, but sometimes after a few hrs in there they first get cold so the windows get shut and heat goes on, also boredom sets in and they tend to get a little antsy and move around some and last year a group of doe snuck in within range from a side window and busted us from the kids moving around in front of the window, just thought this option might offer us a little more concealment.

North Country Tint Is manufactured out of Wisconsin and is about the best tint a person can buy you can order a roll online but it’s pricey… you can order it in any % of shade. 35% is the lightest shade and like mentioned before soapy water with a spray bottle and squeegy excess water spots and let dry with the sun. Goodluck
