We have a fair amount of nice deer show up here and there on camera throughout any given season. They seem to pass through and disappear time and time again. From what I can tell these are some of our new permanent resident deer and they are looking better than most years!

We have put a lot of effort into food sources and low pressure throughout the year. This was followed with mineral sites and stand placement/ entrance/exit routes. The past few years of work are starting to come together and we are growing and holding bigger deer.

I have nothing but good things to say about Nutra Deer and the way the deer are hammering it all spring and summer. I used to let a camera soak for 1 ½-2 months with a 2g card in the spring and summer but this year the first round of cards were mostly full in 2 ½ weeks! It was also rare that any of the bigger bucks would hit the mineral daily and this year some of them have become regular visitors to multiple sites! In the past it was also uncommon to get many pictures of the deer with their head down eating the dirt besides after a fresh pour of mineral but not with Nutra Deer.

SEPTEMBER 15 is in the air around here, bow is tuned in, stands are hung, food plots are growing and the cameras are hanging! Good luck this year, looking forward to all the stories!

That’s awesome. I know from the efforts that I have put in at my farm, it is simply HARD WORK! Good luck this season and it it really shows that the hard work and investment is paying off so far for the wildlife
BTW – just a guess, but I’m thinking that buck in the top row daytime pic is only a 3 year old deer. Great signs that they are healthy at your place!

That second one would look good on the wall in the cabin.
