I don’t like rain and fog…. One doe one half rack. Where oh where have the deer gone? Body can’t take much more of these all day sits. Went home at 10:00 yesterday due to lower back spasims… Don’t think I will make all day today either.

Well my first time sitting in a tree stand about 25 feet up! Kinda scary! Let’s see if there’s any movement tonight. Come on deer!

overlooking a 4 acre destination plot.I used native grasses to separate the 4 acre into 4 1 acre plots. corn .soybeans .alfalfa and winter wheat. if there was snow I would have from 10-30 deer in front of me.

My grandpa always finished gun season with the phrase “Whoa is me”. As we walked out of the woods at last shooting light. I would always reply, “Whipped us again didn’t they?” He would just smile…..

    Whoa is me

Well it’s a beautiful sunny afternoon here with winds only about 10-15 miles out of the north/northeast. Sitting in a stand overlooking beans and corn food plots hoping something shows up.
