    This deer lives a few miles from my Dad’s place. My friend who is deployed right now sent me the pics this morning. I told him since he wouldn’t be around I’d keep his stand warm for him this fall.

    He just had his knee scoped, so I’m safe for a bit. After that, I’m probably in trouble. He won state undefeated our senior year at 140lbs. Of course neither of us are at our “fighting” weight any longer.

    It’s funny, his neighbors all practice QDM, this is about the average buck they shoot only a few miles away from us. Now if Dad and I could somehow convince his neighbors into doing this.

    I have the same issue at my parents house. All our neigbors practice Brown is Down. I’ve even seem them on drives shooting at running deer 200-300 yards away. Not very safe if you ask me
