I let you know the score when I get home

Well here’s an eye opener for the “buck score” guessers

“Muley” grosses 135 7/8 and nets 126 7/8 just making the 125 minimum

Even the guy scoring him had to do the math 4 times and look at the rack again and again is disbelief

Pat – When I saw “Muley”, my thoughts were he’d gross in the mid 140’s and net in the 130’s – Either way, “Muley” is a great buck, with a great history and I’d be proud to have him on my wall, too. Congrats!

I agree the score doesn’t really matter. I shoot that buck 100 out of 100 times he walks by

Hes an awsome buck Pat and you should be proud . Sometimes hunters get wrapped up in what an animal score insted of what the animal means to you. Muley is a heck of a buck an congrats

Muley is an awesome buck I have several bucks that are trophy’s to me that I have never measured and never will. If I put a buck on a hit list and kill him I don’t care what he scores congrats again Pat

Congats! Muley is a awesome buck no matter the score

I’ve always been a true believer in the statement “A trophy is the in the eye of the beholder, not the man with the tape measure.”

Congrats again on a truly great buck. I wish the P&Y system gave style points cause Muley would have rocked that category!

I loved the stories and the outcome. It’s been said numberous times on this site, a trophy only matters in the eyes of the person who considers it a trophy. That deer is a trophy to you and to many. Great buck Pat

Mike – I remember that day, I was waiting patiently for the outcome of the hunt, spilled my pop trying to scramble back to my computer to see what was going on
Great Buck, even a better story!

Pat I truly believe you’ll be shooting bigger bucks in the future but I’d be willing to bet this guy will always hold top honors!

Great point Craig! I was fortunate to talk to Pat several times over the phone during his day long search for Muley! His emotions were all over the place and of course sky high when he found him!
